So we decided to use the money that we had saved and the money we had been given for wedding presents to pay for the operation privately.

“The money was supposed to have been for the honeymoon, our trip of a lifetime. But we had to cancel it.” Yvonne, of Dinnington, near Rotherham, South Yorks, is now back to full health after having the fibroid removed.
